EXTRUSION TIPS

Indiana Wire Die extrusion tips & dies minimize alignment problems while assuring concentricity to within 0.005mm. Choose natural, synthetic, carbide or steel for your specific application.
CARBIDE WIRE DIES

SHAPED WIRE DIES
Indiana Wire Die produces shaped wire dies in diamond, carbide or steel. Shapes include squares, rectangles, stars, triangles, ovals, parallelograms; any shape you may need.
Provide us a drawing and the material being drawn and we will provide you with a die to meet your requirements.
POLYCRYSTALLINE
Polycrystalline is made from chemically grown single crystals bonded together with a metal catalyst, under ultra high compression and thermal parameters. It has significant advantages over natural diamonds due to its high resistance to breakage and wear. In applications that do not require ultra high surface finishes on wire, this material is ideal.
As a founding member of the ADDMA – “American Diamond Die Manufacturers Association” assisted in the development of the “D” designation. This designation separates the different size PCD available.
